Common questions

I can't sign in. Check that you typed your company's OneDesk server address exactly as HR gave it to you (it starts with https://). Your user name and password are the same as in the company HR system. If you forgot your password, ask your HR team to reset it.

My attendance or leave balance looks wrong. Balances and attendance are calculated by your company's HR system. Contact your HR team; they can correct your records.

Check-in says I'm outside the work location. Turn on location for OneDesk in your phone's settings and try again near your workplace.

How do I delete my data? Your data belongs to your employer's HR system. Ask your HR team, or email us and we will help.
